按需求移除首页 hero 区底部的「开发者？查看 API 调用说明，免鉴权接入商品档案」入口,因为网站底部已有 API 调用说明。

• 删除 Home.tsx 中该按钮及未再使用的 onApi prop
• App.tsx 同步移除传入的 onApi
